Ябълков пай | Apple pie

Днес се прибрах много уморена след работа. Така ми беше криво (а и това сиво небе навън…) добре че отново е краят на месеца и frisch gekocht се появи точно навреме. Хапваше ми се нещо сладичко, ароматно, такова, че да прогони лошите мисли. Харесах си тези карамелени миникексчета.

Today when I got home I was very tired from work. I was feeling a bit down (and this gray sky outside...) but thankfully it was the end of the month again and frisch gekocht came out just in time. I wonted something sweet and tasty that would chase away all the bad thoughts. I found these caramel cupcakes quite intriguing.

Тъй като ми се сториха доста сложни за късен следобед след тежък ден, а имахме и ябълки вкъщи, съвсем „естествено” се появи идеята за ябълков сладкиш. Спрях се на тази рецепта за ябълков пай. Хареса ми, че е без яйца и набухватели. Стана фантастичен!

Е и редът на карамелените изкушения ще дойде. 

Since they looked like they were difficult to prepare, for a late afternoon after a hard day’s work and we had some apples at home, it was but “natural” to get the idea for an apple cake. I decided upon this recipe for an apple pie. I liked it, because it uses neither eggs nor baking powder. Needles to say it turned out quite fantastic!
